Management

The management of Santhigiri Vidyabhavan is vested with a registered Charitable Society titled SANTHIGIRI ASHRAM. The society (registered under the Society Act) ever since its formation, has been engaging itself in the noble activity of catering to the educational, cultural and spiritual needs of the people.

The School Faculty

The school engages well-qualified, experienced and talented teachers and employs all modern methods of teaching and equipments like radio, film projector, television, computer and the like to achieve its aims. It imparts theoretical know how and provides practical training in popular sports and games in the country and provides for other co-curricular activities is the literary and oratorical fields.

School assembly

Morning assembly : 9.15 am.

On every working day all students and teachers assemble for fifteen minutes. After the prayer song, every student takes National pledge. Students selected in turn present the important news of the day, both in English and Malayalam, before the assembly. The assembly gives an opportunity for the students and the staff to come together every day in spirit of comradeship and fellowship and to conduct them in a disciplined manner maintaining the dignity and decorum of the school.

School Uniform

Boys: Brown Check Shirt and Brown Pants or White Dhoti.
Girls: Brown Top, Brown Salvar and Brown Shawl.

School Conveyance

Conveyance by school bus will be provided to Day-Scholars on application by Parent in the prescribed form which can be had from the school office

School Library

The school library has been provided with sufficient space with facilities for stocking books and a reading room. Students are given special guidance by the teachers to cultivate in them regular reading habits. Teachers guide them in selecting the right reading material from the library. Now there are more than 7000 books in the library. Books are issued to students at regular intervals under definite rules.
